In case you’re wondering: That little gold star/”TruBlog” logo (see just below and to the right of the $100 bill in the header graphic at the top of the page) brands this site as one that provides its readers with original content. It is a “true blog,” as opposed to one that is filled with scraped, RSS-fed or otherwise borrowed/swiped content.

This is the first blog to be awarded the TruBlog logo … since I created it myself. If the idea proves popular, maybe I’ll start certifying other sites and letting them display the TruBlog gold star–if they qualify, of course.

TruBlogging: Essential blogging at its best.
