About
Banking On The Blog explores the possibility of making a living on the Web through creating multiple streams of income online.
The main focus is on using one or more blogs to earn money, particularly through the system described in Blogging To The Bank. This guide will get anyone up and running to bring in cash from blogging, via either affiliate marketing or AdSense-type ads (or a combination of both). It’s highly recommended if you are a beginner, but even a more experienced blogger or webmaster can pick up new ideas and resources for maximizing their profits.
Other topics here include:
- Forex trading (trading world currencies in the spot exchange market–easy for almost anyone to do now thanks to the Internet)
- Stock trading
- eBay selling, with an emphasis on paper: prints, maps, photographs, old advertisements, ephemera of all sorts (the indespensable guide in this area is Avril Harper’s Tearing Up Old Books and Magazines and Selling Them On Ebay)
- Writing
- Anything else that strikes me to blog about, from politics to home coffee roasting to why Desmond Dekker was the best ska artist of all time
Always, though, learning to earn by blogging–”banking on the blog”–is our raison de etre. If this is something that interests you, you are cordially invited to join the discussion.
